Urban greening solutions for your projects

From design to operation, TOIT VERT supports your green roofs prescription, production, logistics, installation, maintenance and follow-up.

Production (range & compliance)

  • Swiss Caissette : first pre-cultivated vat from Switzerland in Switzerland, 33 L/m retention capacity (saturation).
  • Swiss PrairieCity of Lausanne« seedlings, 30 native species, 8-10 cm of substrate, up to 40 L/m retention, up to 60 % of rainfall absorbed, in line with PACOM.
  • Swiss Sedum: plants potless (time-saving installation, reduced waste).
  • Swiss Substrate : 100 % vaudois, formulated according to SIA 312:2010 (mechanical, hydric and physical characteristics).
  • Swiss Fragment : A local solution ultra-fast.

Technical deliverables - Technical data sheets, retention/weight characteristics, advice on interfacing with sealing, and logistical data (palletisation, Big-Bags, bulk). Planning assistance and prescription according to industry standards.

Delivery (controlled site logistics)

  • EPAL 80×120 pallets (modules), Big-Bags 1 m³ or bulk (blowable) depending on access.
  • EXW ex-field or transport on request.
  • Coordination with the general contractor/sealer to limit handling

Installation (coordination & quality control)

  • Installation window ≤ 36 h after delivery for Swiss Caissette.
  • Methods adapted to the site: modules/crates, fragments on the fly (restricted access), pre-cultivated grassland.
  • Acceptance checkslevel, continuity of layers, outlets, initial watering.

Maintenance (preventive maintenance & monitoring)

  • Annual maintenance plan: 2 visits (weed control, outfalls, slow fertilisation), additional visits in the event of prolonged heatwave/drought.
  • Multi-year contracts available; performance monitoring (retention/coverage).
  • Operating recommendations: functional drainage, supplementary watering during water stress, good biodiversity practices.

Project benefits (measurable)

  • Rainwater management: up to 33-40 L/m storage according to system.
  • Heat islands: surface thermal reduction, urban comfort.
  • Durability: seals x2 in lifetime ; PV yield increased.
  • Footprint: materials 100 % vaudois, short logistics (≤ 100 km brewing/screening for the substrate).

Ask for it technical file and a quantity quotation (charges, retention, maintenance), or plan a prescription workshop with your team.
